Your site, its tutors, learners, lessons and payments are yours. You are the business that learners and parents deal with.
Tutor profiles are public across the network. A tutor's display name, subjects and rating can appear on other sites on the platform and in its directory. Contact details, lessons, messages, documents and payments never do.
The first site on the platform is the original TrusTutor marketplace. It is treated like every other site: it has no access to your data, and the operator never uses your data to compete with you.
The platform sees only what billing and fleet health need: your plan, status, lesson counts and when your site was last used.
Your card is kept by our payment provider, never by us. It is used only for the platform fee.

I accept these terms (version 2026-10-25).
